A. Currently, we offer SharePoint 2003.

Q. How many files can I upload?

A. There is no restriction on the number of files that can be uploaded. The limit applies to the storage limit on your plan. This can be increased at any time should you need more space.

Q. How will I know if I'm running out of storage space?

A. We’ll automatically send you an email if you approach your storage limit and you can add more usage whenever you need using your online My Eclipse account.

Q. Can I ask users outside of my business to my Hosted SharePoint site?

A. Yes you can. You can invite anyone onto your Hosted SharePoint site, they can access it online from anywhere using their password. Simply add users to the service in the normal way.

Q. Do I need to involve my IT department to get set up?

A. No. You don’t have to worry about hassling your IT department to do something - just sign-up and get started! All you need is an internet browser and access to the internet.

Q. How secure are my documents?

A. Any incidents at your office such as fire, theft or flood have no effect on the continuity of your business now that you are storing all your project documents offsite, rather than on your in-house server.
