The legal bit about Home Lite Broadband
1 The actual speed you receive is subject to being on the Eclipse network and your line quality and distance from the exchange. If your line won't support 24Mbps or you live outside our network area, you'll receive the best speed available which offers a stable service.
2 FREE to switch on a 12 month contract when you switch your broadband using a valid Migration Authority Code (MAC).
An Early Termination Fee, being equal to the fees payable for the remainder of the minimum contract term, will be chargeable if you terminate your broadband service during the minimum contract term. You may also incur a Cease Charge.
