Each package comes with a generous usage allowance so you’re only paying for what you need.  There’s no limit to how much you can download, if you go over your allowance we’ll let you know so you can buy some more or take a FREE upgrade.

Usage Allowance	Our Home broadband services include monthly usage allowances. This figure is the amount of information, for instance, email attachments and general internet browsing that you can download in one month. It is possible to set a budget on your usage and therefore prevent large and unexpected bills. We will notify you when you are approaching your budget. If you exceed your monthly budget you can temporarily increase your budget, regrade to a different service free of charge, or experience restricted speed until the following month. 2GB	10GB	50GB
FREE Overnight downloads	Downloads between 11pm and 9am are completely FREE of charge and do not count towards your monthly usage allowance.

Do I need a BT landline?

Eclispe broadband works over any normal landline it doesn't matter if you pay your line rental to BT or to another company, we can still provide you with Eclipse broadband (this does not include Fibre optic cable networks).

The legal bit about our Home Broadband packages

1. The actual speed you receive is subject to being on the Eclipse network and your line quality and distance from the exchange. If your line won't support 24Mbps or you live outside our network area, you'll receive the best speed available which offers a stable service.

2. FREE to switch on a 12 month contract when you switch your broadband using a valid MAC. £10.00 switching fee applies on a one month contract.

3. FREE set up on a 12 month contract when you switch your broadband using a valid Migration Authority Code (MAC). If you are signing up to a new broadband connection a set up fee of £30.00 applies.

4. FREE set up and hardware on a 12 month contract. £4.98 postage & packing charge applies. Free hardware excludes existing customer regrades.

All our prices include VAT. If you're having a new connection on a one month contract basis, there is a set up fee of £47. You don't pay a set-up fee if you choose a 12 month contract option. There is a cancellation fee if you terminate the service within the contract period (see terms and conditions for further information). You can pay for services by direct debit, Visa or MasterCard.

An Early Termination Fee, being equal to the fees payable for the remainder of the minimum contract term, will be chargeable if you terminate your broadband service during the minimum contract term. You may also incur a Cease Charge.
