Eclipse Home Dial services provides a low cost internet connection with a range of solutions to meet your home internet requirements.
Dial services are ideal in the following situations:
Low internet usage
Perhaps you are new to the internet, dial services provides connectivity while your needs grow.
Back up for broadband
For anyone who needs a guaranteed connection at home, dial services can be a useful back up for your broadband connection. If there ever should be a fault you can switch connections and not suffer down time.
Dial up Product Options
Anytime Connect
The ultimate flat rate dial up solution for home users who don't yet have access to broadband. The fixed monthly fee makes budgeting easy and encourages internet use. Anytime Connect is available in four ‘flavours’ depending on how long you need your internet sessions for. For more information see our Pricing.
Locall Connect
Access the Internet at any time of the day or night at the cost of a local call. This is the most economical option for home workers or families who predominately use the Internet for email and browsing the web on a very limited basis. For more information see Pricing.
Hometime Connect
Ideal for those who access the Internet at weekends and in the evenings. Use this economical connection for web browsing and emailing during off peak hours and rest assured that you will not be incurring any call charges. For more information see Pricing.

PLEASE NOTE: A BT phone line is required for the Anytime and Hometime services. This can be a standard or ISDN phone line. You will continue to be charged for line rental and voice or fax calls as normal by BT but will no longer need to pay an additional SurfTime fee.

The legal bit about Dial Up
Allocation of connection ports increases incrementally according to product level - culminating in a dedicated port for the Gold service.
* Requests for more than 2 usable addresses (block of 4) require the completion of a RIPE form for justification of usage.
** This does not indicate an 'always on' service.
