Is it going to be difficult to switch to Eclipse?  

No actually it is really simple, no funny codes, no calls with your current provider.  You place one call with us and we sort everything out for you. We will arrange for your service to be cancelled with your current supplier, they will send you an email to confirm any final charges and then you will be switched over to us.  It really is that simple. 

 

Will there be any down time when I switch? 

No it will be a completely seamless transfer, there will be no downtime and your calls will simply switch to the Eclipse tarrifs.   

 

Will I have to change my phone number? 

No you will keep your current phone number. 

 

Will it all be on the same bill? 

If you get your line rental and your broadband and calls with us then all of your charges will all appear on the same bill. 

 

What do I do if I have any more questions?

Just give us a ring on and we will be happy to help. 

 

What do I do if I am in contract already? 

We can still sign you up, you don't need to contact BT, We can set this up right now and your current supplier will email you with details of any charges.  At this point you can either contact your current supplier and Eclipse and cancel the order. 

 

What if I know I need to stay in my current contract?

 Request a call back and we will be in touch just as your contract is about to expire.
