| Description: | Customers using our Hosted Exchange may experience a delay in sending or receiving emails as a result of a spam attack late on Sunday 13 May. Engineers are currently working on a resolution to the problem in order to return mail delivery and receipts to normal levels. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused as a result. |

| 14 May 2012 at 23:29:00 Our engineers have been working all evening to isolate the spam issue which they have now successfully achieved. The service will continue to be monitored to ensure that the problem is fully resolved. |

| 14 May 2012 at 14:18:00 Hosted Exchange customers should once again be able to connect to the service via their mail client. We are currently awaiting confirmation back from our engineers that the spam issue which was causing the sending and receiving of mail to be delayed has been resolved. |
