We know hardware is fallible – say your server goes down.  Thanks to our processor redundancy system, you’ll lose access for just five minutes – as your whole system simply gets “rebooted” onto our mirrored processor.
Similarly with storage – because we separate out each part of the server process, our SAN storage array is separate to our processing servers, meaning a breakdown in one, can’t affect the other.  And even if a SAN does go down, our N+1 backup ensures your data is always instantly accessible.

And why stop there?  While we’re at it, let’s look at the worst case scenario: our data centre’s eliminated.  Well don’t worry: your data has been backed up off-site to a secondary data centre in Reading.
