Kevin Anthony lives in Thatcham with his partner and four children. He ordered LightSpeed as soon as his exchange was enabled in September 2011.

What’s more, Lightspeed gives us completely unlimited usage overnight and at weekends. Even then the speed doesn’t vary and the performance is still top-class. This free usage has hugely benefited the household as the children use the internet much more at weekends – I always have at least 10-15GB of my own usage left over each month thanks to taking advantage of the unlimited use offer. Funnily enough, the kids really notice how slow broadband is everywhere else now! My parents are also waiting for their cabinet to be enabled to order LightSpeed too – they’re so impressed with what I’m achieving.

For value for money and usage, Eclipse Lightspeed is the best by far compared to others – and our connection has been 100% stable ever since it went in. To be honest, even if it was more expensive, I would pay it. That’s because not only is the product good, but Customer Service is 10 out of 10 every time. That’s why I’ve stayed with Eclipse so long. I never fail to be impressed by how their support staff personally take on any problems and always get them fixed immediately. I couldn’t recommend Eclipse LightSpeed highly enough.”
