Because we offer 99.9% availability on our network, it's the 0.1% we spend the most time on.
But we also provide broadband across the BT network so we've made sure we're the first to know if something goes wrong at their end. We’re one of the first ISPs to offer a Proactive Monitoring Service which checks every exchange each day for faults. It means we often learn about problems before they've impacted you - and the chances are, we’re getting things fixed before you even realise it’s happened.
