At Eclipse, we never advertise "unlimited*" use when it's not Truly Unlimited.  As a result, we only offer one Truly Unlimited broadband package.

"Unlimited*" with an asterix never really is - and we believe you should know exactly what you're paying for.

We won't sell you stuff you don't need

The truth is, not many home broadband users really need unlimited use.  If you do want Truly Unlimited broadband - be our guest!

But for most people, we prefer to offer a premium product at a reasonable price - giving you just what you need.

That's why we invite you to pick a clear usage package and give you advice on how much you'll need.

And we'll put you in charge of what happens if you need more

If you need to use more than your normal monthly usage package you have a simple choice:

• Top up your account, by buying a bolt-on usage package at any time.
  Or
• Fix your costs by asking us to slow your connection down until the end of the month - you'll still be able to use email and surf the net.

We are proud of how we structure our new broadband services - but we admit we haven't always sold in this way.  So if you're one of our current customers who are stuck on an old product that's not performing for you - give us a call, and we'll give you the same fair choice.

Broadband costs money - and we can't give you everything for nothing.  But we can promise you're paying for a premium service - so you'll get the best possible performance, and be totally in control of how your broadband's provided.
