Eclipse is getting faster

According to the latest results from Broadband.co.uk, Eclipse is getting even faster with its download and upload speeds.

It’s exciting news, especially as the results are based on tests run by real people, getting real speeds.

How are we doing this?  We are upgrading our networks for the benefit of our customers – and because more of you are getting the latest technology, our speeds are faster.

We also work hard not to overcrowd our network with users and if you’re using your PC normally, we never restrict your speeds.  (There is one exception around filesharing you can read about here)  That’s what makes us different.

It means that, on average across the year, we’ve been leading the field for speed – and when we’re not number 1, we’ve never dropped below the top 3.
