Very responsive pre-sales and support function. I have slightly different requirements from the normal consumer package and my queries and subsequent setup were dealt with very efficiently and promptly.
Service seems to be very stable and reliable.
I think the price combined with the bandwidth limitations is a little high. However given the improvement in service I've experienced since moving it is a price I am prepared to pay.
