How are we doing this?
To give all our customers consistently high speeds, we do a number of things.
- When providing a new contract to any customer we ensure your connection will be on the fastest network available, using the latest technology. We will supply your broadband on the 21CN network if it’s enabled in your area and will offer fibre if available.
- We offer innovative solutions for slow broadband areas, like Bonded DSL which has the potential to double, triple or quadruple your current best speeds.
- We don’t overcrowd our network with users, meaning each customer always
has access to the fastest speed possible on their line, at all times.
- We don’t restrict your speed across our network at any time for normal PC use, unless you have exceeded your monthly usage and opted for restricted speeds. There is one exception you can read about here. We only ever restrict peer-to -peer file sharing (and only during peak times) as excessive use can be of detriment to all of our customers.
