We are a business focused ISP and hosting company providing a range of services from broadband through to fully hosted applications. We look after over 16,000 small and medium sized businesses in the UK, specialising in creating good working partnerships.
We’re proud of being a British supplier who haven’t outsourced overseas – every call to our call centre remains in the UK, and is answered by one of our award-winning support team.
You might wonder why you haven't heard of us before.  We have been lucky enough to grow by word of mouth so we haven't had to invest in brash and expensive advertising campaigns.  15 years since we started, 70% of our sales still come through recommendation rather than advertising.

 

We focus on UK businesses with 1 to 50 employees, so we can offer the type of dedicated support that is normally only available to blue chips. The fact that we are now part of the KCOM group means that we can muster the clout to compete with large Telco's like BT - but we still have the freedom to maintain our small business focus, beliefs and values, to bring you the best service.

 

 

There has been a trend in our industry to out-source or use off-shore contact centres.  As we’ve resisted this temptation, our technical and customer support teams are where they have always been - here in Exeter with the rest of our business.
