not all service providers are the same
PinkConnect - a telecoms, IT and broadband supplier - use Eclipse broadband products for the majority of their customers. They currently hold 420 connections and switch customers to Eclipse at a rate of between 10 and 20 a month.

But for Colin, there are no doubts the Eclipse system works. He says “I can order direct on our system, without ever having to make a call and I’ve never had it fail in all the time I’ve worked with Eclipse.”

Eclipse promise a SafeSwitch service with just one call - but the reality for Partners is that no call at all is needed for the vast majority of switches.
