When our founder Mark Lang started Eclipse in 1995, dial up was all the rage – but he took a chance on a little-known technology called broadband – and boy did it pay off! Plus, being in the business since the very start, means our experts have an inside-out knowledge of our products and how they work. And we still get excited about new technology.
We try to listen more than we talk
As a small-business specialist, we know we need to be flexible, understanding and supportive. Our teams aim to understand what a small business needs from their ISP – and to do that, we need to do a lot of listening. Once we know, we’ll do everything we can to make our award-winning support work for you.
We’ve created partnerships that help you
A few years ago, Eclipse joined the KCOM Group. We retain complete independence but it means we’re part of the UK’s largest internet network. We’ve also got a unique partnership agreement with BT. As their biggest partner, we don’t settle for industry-standard service, but demand better on your behalf.
We’ve never sold out
We have to admit that not every “new big thing” is worth doing – that’s why we’ve never outsourced our call centre overseas, but kept hold of our expert teams, right here in the green hills of Devon. What’s more, we don’t follow a script, have a call time limit or a complicated automated system. We aim to get you speaking to a real expert as quickly as possible.
